I’m almost insulted at how popular this recipe is among the gang. It is literally just 4 ingredients. Simply put: Put one pork loin commonly on sale at Kroger, one bottle of bbq sauce and one can of crushed pineapple into a crockpot, set for 4 hours on high or six hours on low. When done take two forks and shred the pork. Serve over rice cooked according to directions (if you can’t cook rice, what good are you?) Top with sliced green onions. It will seriously be a big hit.
